When setting up your Pairly company profile for the first time, you'll be prompted to enter details for the primary account holder. This can be either the business owner or the person responsible for managing the Pairly account. You'll need to provide basic information such as the name, email address, and phone number of the main contact, along with the business name and any relevant service details.
Once your account is created, you’ll have the option to add additional team members or profiles. These can be used to:
Receive booking or customer notifications
Manage individual availability or schedules
Respond to customer inquiries or requests
Assign roles and permissions based on your team's structure
Setting up your company profile accurately ensures your team stays organised and your customers have the best experience possible.
