
When setting up your Pairly company profile for the first time, you'll be prompted to enter details for the primary account holder.
Once you have clicked ‘Account’ in the top-right corner, and selected ‘Create Account’.
Pairly will need the following details from you to start your account:
- Your work email and phone number
- Your CQC Business Provider ID (or Care Inspectorate Scotland/Wales registration name)
Once you have access the account, you will need to enter:
- The postcodes you cover
- Availability (e.g., “3 hours in the morning” in a postcode area — you can keep it broad or break it down further)
- A short description of your services
- Your rates
- User email addresses
- Business logo
- Specialisms
If you are using a Pairly Pro account, you will also need:
- Name and Image of your Customer Service Avatar or Logo
- Brand colours
- Someone will access to Google Tag Manager to install Pro
