What should I do if my company ID is already registered on Pairly?

If you see a message saying your company is already on Pairly when entering your CQC, it means that a profile for your organisation has already been created using that registration number. This is typically done by the registered manager, owner, or another authorised team member.

Since each company ID can only be linked to one Pairly account, we recommend checking internally with your team to find out who initially set up the account. That person is designated as the account author and has the ability to add multiple users, assign roles, and manage access for other team members.

If the original account holder is no longer with the company or you're unsure who that is, don’t worry, just email us at help@pairly.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in updating the main user on the account. For security, this change must be requested via email and may require verification of your affiliation with the organisation.
