What notifications will I receive from Pairly?

When using the Pairly, you’ll receive two main types of notifications:

Leads and Requests

“You have a new lead” – This means someone has started filling out the chat function on your website. Pairly captures their information within 56 seconds, even if they don’t complete the full chat. They’re given 3 minutes to continue entering details, but if they don’t verify their email or finish all the questions, the enquiry is saved as a lead in your dashboard.

“You have a new care request” – This is a completed enquiry from someone who has entered all required information and verified their email address. When they reach the end of the chat where they see either “Great, we have availability” or “Success, that’s been sent.”

For care requests, you can take action immediately:

- Accept the client directly through the app

- Or call them straight away using the contact number provided within the request.
