In the Reports section of your dashboard, you can view your potential accumulated hours and potential earnings on a weekly or annual basis. This section also provides insights such as your average response times and the number of care requests received. Additionally, you’ll find an overall provider location overview, which can be filtered by date and downloaded as a CSV file.
When you head to the Reports section and click on your Provider Location Overview, you'll see clear, easy-to-digest insights like:
- How many care requests have come through
- How that translates into hours of care
- Your potential annual earnings from those leads
- Any job inquiries and submission activity
Please note – these numbers reflect the initial interest, so they may shift a bit based on your assessments.
