Your availability is not directly shown to care seekers on Pairly.com or Pairly Pro and does not influence whether they send a care request throuh Pairly Pro as they have come directly to you seeking services.
On Pairly.com:
When a care seeker enters their desired availability and it matches yours, you will be shown as an option to offer the service and time they need.
If they view your profile, they’ll also see a “+” button highlighted on other time slots (morning, lunch, afternoon, evening), which they can add to their request if they wish.
Important: only set availability that you can genuinely fulfil.
On PairlyPro:
Care seekers can submit an enquiry whether your availability matches their request or not. The only thing that changes slightly, is the wording that appears once they submit the request.
If their request matches your availability, they’ll see: “Great, we have availability that matches.”
If it doesn’t, they’ll see: “Success, that’s been sent.”
This means they’ll never know whether you had an exact match or not, only that their enquiry has been sent successfully.
Please note: Care seekers can only choose from your minimum call length upwards. You can adjust this within your profile operational settings.
