Multi-Site and Multi-Provider Setup
If your business operates across multiple sites or provider locations, you’ll first need to ensure that each of your trading businesses is set up correctly in Pairly. Pairly requires each trading business to have its own individual email and account setup.
Once that’s complete, you can add your personal work email to each business profile. This allows you to manage all locations from one login, giving you full visibility and control over profiles, availability, rate cards, and incoming requests.
You can also grant other team members access across multiple businesses by adding them as users on each profile. When they log in with their single email, they’ll be able to view and manage all assigned locations.

When a care seeker submits an inquiry on your homepage, their postcode will automatically route the request to the relevant profile covering that area. If the postcode falls outside your active coverage areas, the inquiry will be held within your organisational dashboard for manual assignment. Each microsite will have its own unique widget (since it’s postcode-specific), while your main homepage can feature a general widget for broader inquiries.
This setup ensures an efficient workflow, care managers only have access to the profiles they need, while your organisation retains a clear, high-level view of where inquiries are coming from across all locations.
