Whether you’re actively hiring or just prepping for the future, the Jobs feature in Pairly Pro can help streamline your recruitment and reduce the chaos of emails, spreadsheets, or missed messages.

We’ve seen care seekers accidentally use care request options to apply for jobs just because it’s the easiest way to get in touch.

With Jobs enabled in your Pairly Pro widget, you can:

- Clearly present available roles by location

- Show salary info (hourly, annually, monthly)

Ask key questions like:

- Do you drive?

- Do you require sponsorship?

- Let applicants upload CVs in any format

- Collect verified email addresses for reliable follow-up

- All submitted through an easy, user-friendly process, no jumping between platforms or inboxes.

Adding Jobs to Pairly Pro

Once you’ve purchased Pairly Pro, you can start adding your jobs by following these steps:

- Go to your location (if you are multi location you will need to go into each profile).

- Select the Jobs tab.

- Click + New Job.

- Enter your job description, details, and complete all required fields.

- Choose whether you are offering sponsorship and whether to display or hide the salary.

- You can also decide if the job should be visible or hidden on your Pairly Pro widget.

After saving, the job will be added to your Pairly Pro. You may need to refresh your dashboard to see it go live.
