To login to the Pairly app, use the same login details as your Pairly profile to access the app.
If you don’t yet have a login, you’ll need to ask the account owner or administrator to add you as a user using your work or personal email address.
Once you’ve been added, simply open the Pairly app, log in with your own individual credentials, and you’ll have access to the provider profile(s) connected to your account.
Downloading the Pairly App
You can download the Pairly app directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for “Pairly.”
Look for the official Pairly logo, then download and install the app on your device. Log in using the same account details you use for your Pairly dashboard.
Make sure that notifications are enabled in your phone settings so you’ll receive alerts for new enquiries, updates, and care requests in real time.
