Your visibility does not appear directly on your Pairly Pro chat tool. Instead, the tool allows the care seeker to submit details about when they’d like care. For example, 30 minutes in the morning.

While Pairly Pro doesn’t specify exact time slots, it captures the care seeker’s preferred timing and uses your postcode data and availability settings to tailor the response language.

If there is a match (e.g., you have capacity for 30 minutes in the morning in that postcode area), the message displayed will say:

“Great, we have that availability! A member of our team will be in contact shortly.”

If there isn’t a direct match, the message remains positive:

“Success, your request has been sent. A member of the team will be in contact.”

At no stage does the chat indicate that care isn’t available. Pairly Pro is designed to always deliver a positive experience to the care seeker while still accurately capturing their request. This approach helps maintain engagement and prevents users from leaving your site to seek care elsewhere, even outside of standard working hours.
