Customising Your Call to Action
You can easily customise the call to action (CTA) within your Pairly Pro chat tool. This refers to the text that appears when the chat is condensed on your website.
By default, the wording is set to “Find care”, but since the chat tool offers much more functionality, you may want to change this to something more engaging, for example:
“Speak with us”
“Enquire here”
“Let’s get started”
“We’re here to help”
You can update this directly within your Pairly Pro Customisations section.
If you’re part of a larger organisation, these settings might be managed centrally. In that case, you may need to contact the authorised administrator or organisation lead to request any changes.
