We have partnered with leading national home care provider, Guardian Angel Carers, to pioneer our groundbreaking solution to transform how care seekers can access and book care services, PairlyPro.

Successfully trialled and launched at Guardian Angel's CQC outstanding HQ in West Sussex, PairlyPro has been rolled out across all its UK franchise operations.

Our latest development, PairlyPro, is a customisable plugin designed to seamlessly integrate with care providers' websites. This powerful tool enables care seekers to engage with a provider's actual care capacity 24/7, giving them an engaging, streamlined, user-friendly experience.

"With 40% of adults believing social care in England is working poorly or not at all (Age UK 2023) and 1m hours of unmet care needs last year, the visibility of and access to a provider's care capacity is essential to maintaining independence." - Will Flint (Pairly)

Christina Handasyde Dick, CEO of Guardian Angel Carers, says, "Capitalising on the latest technology, which has the potential to help our franchisees be more efficient and effective, is central to the Guardian Angel Carers Franchises proposition. That’s why we’ve introduced the Pairly.com API to our website – it’s a ‘widget’ that helps clients find and reserve care by identifying and pairing them with providers who have care capacity. For franchisees, it will help to assess what type of care and carer the clients need for specific situations."

With pairlyPro, Guardian Angel Carers aims to enhance their website conversion rate by offering care seekers direct access to the organisation's real-time care availability. The plugin generates quality care leads linked to capacity and modernises the search for care, ensuring that individuals can easily find suitable care options.

One of the unique features of pairlyPro is its ability to integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure of the Guardian Angel Carers website. The plugin captures live capacity data from Pairly.com, allowing care seekers to remain on the site throughout their search and booking process.

"Our partnership with Pairly.com has enabled us to create a highly customised solution that aligns with our brand and delivers a superior care-seeking experience for our users."

By implementing pairlyPro, Guardian Angel Carers can provide care seekers with a meaningful and real-time response, fostering engagement and satisfaction. The plugin can be easily customised to match Guardian Angel Carers brand, tone of voice and colour scheme, maintaining a consistent and cohesive user experience.

"We are committed to leveraging technology to improve the health and social care sector, and pairlyPro is a significant step in that direction," said Will Flint, CEO of Pairly.com. "We are proud to partner with Guardian Angel Carers to bring this innovative solution to their nationwide network of sites, creating a positive impact on the lives of care seekers."
