This month, our team have had the opportunity to attend The National Care Forum managers' conference and the Devon Care Homes Collaborative and Care Week Birmingham event to showcase the new features coming soon to Pairly Pro and highlight the need for real-time availability for potential care leads.
The National Care Forum Managers Conference 2024
Hosted by NCF and Skills for Care, The Managers Conference highlights the crucial role of managers in adult social care. Bringing together managers from across the country to share knowledge and look at new ideas to elevate social care in their area or businesses. The programme included conference sessions, exhibitions and panel discussions.
Chloe, Customer Success Lead, and Jacob, our Business Development Manager attended The Managers Conference this year and had a fantastic time meeting with individuals who share the same passion for social care.

Devon Care Homes Collaborative Conference
The DCHC Annual Conference was a day of celebration, applauding the work done every day across the county, with shout-outs and individual awards. It was a very positive event and an opportunity to meet key leaders within the care sector.
It was a brilliant chance for us to hear the experience and expertise of different speakers and care professionals, and how Pairly Pro can help with their visions of the future. One of the key themes this year is to look at how we can shape the future of social care in Devon together, through collaboration and vision.
Everyone who attended the DCHC Conference was extremely passionate about quality of care and supporting each other for the overall benefit of the care seeker. Improving care seekers' and resident's quality of life was a hot topic and we loved hearing from The Kissing It Better charity on ways to improve their experience. This want to improve the care industry is why Pairly Pro’s ability to connect people to care and show available rooms in real time received such a positive response.
